Welcome to The Proper Tasty Pub Quiz! The weekly pub quiz, hosted by Chef Tom Kerridge and Broadcaster Chris Stark.
This week Tom and Chris are joined by chef Matthew Ryle at Tom's Private Dining Space, The Shed in Marlow.
Matt is a classically trained French Chef, who rose to fame back in 2018 when he reached the Semi-finals of Masterchef: The Professionals cooking a very complicated Poulet en vessie - he chats to Tom and Chris about the extravagance of the dish and how the experience launched his career. Matt has over 2 million followers on his social media channels and is using his platform to help make French cookery more accessible. It's all very civilised until Matt's round (Sealife) when they discover which sea creature can actually breathe through its bum.
