Le consentement est souvent perçu comme une condition éthique fondamentale, et ceci sur bien des sujets. Qu'en est-il appliqué à la Gestation Pour Autrui (GPA)? Est-ce qu'une femme porteuse peut véritablement consentir à porter l'enfant d'une autre famille? Comment peut-on en être certain·e? Qui peut vérifier et comment? Quelles sont les forces et les limites du consentement dans notre monde non-idéal où des systèmes de domination sont en action, notamment de race, de classe et de genre?
