Here are some options:</p><p><br></p><p>1. MindOut</p><p><br></p><p>MindOut is a mental health service run by and for LGBTQ+ people. Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline</p><p><br></p><p>Switchboard offers a helpline that provides support, information, and a safe space to discuss issues related to sexuality, gender, and identity.
