WOW! What an ep, I bloody loved this yarn. Caz was the first ever employee at Saltbush Stretch and two years on she is still here (yes putting bush babes through their passes). Caz is a born and bred country gal with her town population under 99, she attended “Claughton House” which was similar to a bush boarding school from the age of five. Found her love for health and fitness from a young age and always having to “get creative” with exercise as she never had access to a gym or fitness classes. Fast forward Caz is now a SPICY queen who loves all things pilates, movement, filling up her cup (and yours) all whilst having fought a rare cancer in her 30’s. Caz is one of a kind and so grateful to have her a part of the “Saltbush” family and now as a friend.
