The events will happen between</p><p>April 23 rd and May 11 th . We will dig in and review</p><p>exactly what the ShowDown at the Saville</p><p>involves. The first major event of the season, the</p><p>Points Bet Invitational will get underway at</p><p>Canada Olympic Park (COP) in Calgary on</p><p>September 25 we will review the field for that</p><p>event. The first Grand Slam of the season, the</p><p>Hearing Life Challenge will start on October 1 st in</p><p>Charlottetown hasn’t been a lot of news out of</p><p>the Grand Slam so we will review what is or isn’t</p><p>happening there. Kevin’s Curling Academy has had a busy</p><p>summer and we will take a look at what’s</p><p>happening with the Academy. USA Mixed Doubles Pre-Trials were</p><p>completed on August 11 th and there are now</p><p>seven out of 10 teams determined for the USA</p><p>Trials in February, We will review what has</p><p>happened so far in determining a USA</p><p>representative for the 2026 Olympics In the first week of September the</p><p>Governor General’s Curling Club will celebrate it’s</p><p>150 anniversary, We will review what the GG’s</p><p>really is and why it is important to curling in</p><p>Canada.</p><p><br></p><p>Inside Curling is hosted by Kevin Martin, Warren Hansen and Jim Jerome.</p><p>Recorded, Edited and Mixed by Mike Rogerson.</p>","author_name":"Inside Curling "}
