I know many of us struggle to slow down, equating worth with how much we can get done, and wearing busyness as a badge of honour. So, I want to challenge you this week to slow down. Grab a blanket, put your headphones on, and curl up on the sofa. Gift yourself this time to slow down and rest. I challenge you to do this every day. ❤️
