And so, I wanted to bring you a meditation where you can call back all the lost and scattered parts of yourself. We'll call back your energy, your worth and your power, so that you can be ready to play your part in where the world goes next. As we go through this practice, you may wish to speak the words out loud: 'I call back all lost parts of me', or just energetically call them back and feel this energy returning. ❤️
