In this deeply personal solo episode, I reflect on how my entire life has been shaped by my relationship with sex and sexuality — and how therapy has helped me finally see the bigger picture. I talk openly about growing up gay, the confusion and shame I carried as a teenager, the years of forcing myself into sex in my twenties, and the unhealthy patterns that followed. I also open up about my growing need to express my sexuality beyond audio, including creating explicit content, exploring OnlyFans, and stepping into nude modelling as a way to release shame around my body. I talk honestly about the societal conditioning I had to unlearn around nudity, gay sexuality, and sexual expression — and how filming myself became an unexpectedly empowering act. This episode is about sexual freedom, reclaiming agency after trauma, and choosing visibility over silence.
