What a difference a week makes!
After the disappointment at Harrogate, Sutton United have bounced back with two wins, five goals and, perhaps most pleasingly, two clean sheets.
Suddenly, we're talking about clinical finishing, defensive resilience and tactical flexibility rather than familiar problems.
This week, Mike welcomes back Carl Garner, who was last on the podcast celebrating another pair of wins and clean sheets back in August. We're beginning to think he might be a lucky charm!
Making his Sutton Podcast debut is Andy Jackson, Chair of the Sutton United Supporters' Club, who brings his perspective on the performances and the mood amongst supporters.
Together, we look back at the 2-0 home victory over Aldershot Town and the impressive 3-0 success at Worthing.
Are Sutton becoming more ruthless in front of goal? Has Chris Agutter found a way to get the best out of his squad? And can we finally start believing that a play-off challenge is possible?
Carl certainly thinks so. Mike's already looking into open-top buses again.
We also hear from Ahmed following Sutton United Women's 2-0 victory at Worthing, catch up on Supporters' Club coach travel, and look ahead to Southampton U21 in the National League Cup and Guiseley AFC in the FA Cup.
Two very different victories. One rather enjoyable week.
But has Sutton really turned a corner?
We'd love to hear what you think. Find us on social media at @SuttonPodcast and join the conversation.
