A unique show/podcast which feels like a dinner party with friends. Boaz Hepner gathers a diverse range of guests for a fun, informal conversation over Zoom on a given topic.
The world today has too much talking, & not enough listening. The show's mission is to bring people who are normally seen in different algorithms into one Zoom room and let them enjoy a friendly and lively conversation. Each episode brings together five to fifteen guests – Jewish and non-Jewish, liberals and conservatives, artists, actors, musicians, authors, journalists, politicians and more – to discuss a broad range of topics, from TV show reunions to the Abraham Accords to parenthood to disability awareness. Everyone can speak freely, listen, and even interrupt each other, just as if they were at a dinner party.
The first episode featured pro-Israel comedians, including Tiffany Haddish and Judy Gold. Another was about organ donation, featuring an NBA champion and a winner of CBS’s Survivor. A 9/11 community episode included a long conversation with actor Gary Sinise. There are topics for everyone, whether they want to discuss politics or, more personally, their families and careers. It’s engaging to watch, fun to be part of, and often leads to meaningful new connections and networking among guests. Most importantly, both guests and the audience leave the conversation with a more diverse social media feed, new people to follow, and newfound perspectives they might never have encountered inside their usual algorithm.
