Nearly a year ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD after spending nine years running a business without understanding why certain things felt so difficult.
For ADHD Awareness Month, I'm sharing my experience of running multiple businesses with ADHD, from unfinished projects and constant ideas to hyperfocus and overwhelm.
I'll also share three practical things that have helped me: checklists, automations and boundaries.
And why I've now built my working week around my life, rather than the other way around.
Whether you have ADHD or simply feel overwhelmed by running a business, this episode is full of practical tips to help you work smarter and enjoy your business more.
