In Episode 1 of Series 3 Mandy and Yvonne talk to Elaine Gordon, who campaigned with Lucy Harrison to abolish the second post-mortem after her sister died. The second post-mortem was introduced as a temporary measure subject to a review which never happened and delayed Elaine's family's ability to bury her sister.
