Trenton is Label Operations Manager for UMR where he leads the day-to-day delivery of catalogue campaigns, and his work doesn’t stop there, he also leads campaigns such as UMR’s Black Story initiative, has sat on Universals International Taskforce for Meaningful Change supporting marginalised communities, spanning charitable partnerships, public policy, engagement, education and inclusive programming, is the Chair of UMG’s Pride Network, has sat on the Stonewall LGBTQ+ Leadership programme, serves on the UK City of Culture 2029 advisory panel and the BPI’s Equity &amp; Justice Advisory Group, and much much more! Trenton is one of the absolute best, a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, who does SO much and makes a real impact on so many. Trenton is absolute magic, truly someone to be celebrated, and I feel exceptionally proud to know him,</p><p>a brilliant human who left me speechless and more than a bit emosh in this episode!!
