In the first case,&nbsp;<em>Mullin v. Al Otro Lado</em>, the Court&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.readtangle.com/r/2ab518ad?m=c128382d-3df4-42e5-be0b-357e72caf266\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><u>ruled</u></a>&nbsp;6–3 that the federal government can turn back asylum seekers before they cross into the United States. In the second,&nbsp;<em>Mullin v.
