The Senate voted 85–5 to&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.readtangle.com/r/53076aaf?m=c128382d-3df4-42e5-be0b-357e72caf266\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><u>pass</u></a><u> </u>the bill on Monday. After originally scheduling a signing ceremony today, Trump announced he would&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.readtangle.com/r/2e0f1b93?m=c128382d-3df4-42e5-be0b-357e72caf266\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><u>cancel</u></a>&nbsp;the signing until Congress passes the SAVE America Act.
