The decision weakens — but does not strike down&nbsp;— Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA), which&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.readtangle.com/r/698fd279?m=c128382d-3df4-42e5-be0b-357e72caf266\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><u>prohibits</u></a>&nbsp;voting practices that discriminate on the basis of race or color.
