We’re trying Olina’s gluten-free wafer crackers, served with two cheeses we picked up during our holiday in the Yorkshire Dales: Wensleydale with cranberries and Kit Calvert Old-Style Wensleydale from the Wensleydale Creamery.

🎙️ Guest Interview:
Prim and Terry speak with Nick Trott, a gastroenterology dietitian at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield, who works with patients in the specialist coeliac clinic.
Nick was also one of the authors of the 2026 British Society of Gastroenterology guidelines on the diagnosis and management of adult coeliac disease, the first full update to the adult guidelines in more than a decade.
It was a brilliant conversation covering the role of dietitians, supporting people after diagnosis, the challenges of adapting to a gluten-free diet, and why good information and ongoing support matter so much for people living with Coeliac Disease.
