The Signature Challenge was a tropical-flavoured flan cake, the Technical was one of Lisa’s all-time favourite bakes to make at home, with a few added twists, and the Showstopper was a towering Pavlova stack that came with its own set of challenges. Thankfully, all the bakers rose to the occasion!</p><p><br></p><p>Along the way, one mystery ingredient had us breaking into song, and we had a wonderful time recapping all the tropical flavours, baking triumphs, and tent drama with the Fabulous Baker Boyz.
