Just as they’ve done for the past two seasons, they’re back to recap all the highs, lows, triumphs, near-misses and game-changing decisions in the Tent. And as usual, they’ve brought reinforcements: the <strong>Fabulous Baker Boyz</strong>, Steven Levitt and Vincent Chan from Season 5 of <em>The Great Canadian Baking Show</em>. Together, the four bring their expert thoughts, insider perspectives and very strong opinions to every bake, wobble and buttercream emergency (and don&#39;t forget the fashion!).</p><p><br></p><p>What better way to kick off a decade of Canadian baking than with a classic <strong>Cake Week</strong>? The Signature Challenge sends the bakers back to Season 1 with a nostalgic <strong>Battenberg cake</strong>, putting their precision, patience and creativity to the test. Next up is a distinctly Canadian Technical: a <strong>Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake</strong> that has the bakers navigating a delicious mash-up of two iconic treats. And for the Showstopper, it’s all about &quot;<strong>10&quot;, </strong>with each baker challenged to create a spectacular interpretation of the number and reveal what a decade of <em>The Great Canadian Baking Show</em> means to them.</p><p><br></p><p>There are stunning creations, ambitious ideas, first-week nerves and enough big beautiful bakes to make the Tent feel even smaller.
