It is often perceived as a negative trait due to its hindering effect on one's&nbsp;<a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Productivity\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">productivity</a>, associated with&nbsp;<a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depression_(mood)\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">depression</a>, low&nbsp;<a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-esteem\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">self-esteem</a>, guilt, and feelings of inadequacy.
