And how can the EU really act on an issue often seen as a matter of national policy?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Today, Radio Schuman answers these questions with David Rinaldi, the director of the Foundation for European Progressive Studies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We also take a quick look at this week’s Strasburg plenary session: what are the most important events not to miss?
