Dario and Stefanie are the couple behind Off Leash and Off Grid, a project documenting their journey overlanding across the Americas in a 30-foot RV with their two dogs. Leaving behind long careers in hospitality across Europe and the UAE, they set out to prove that a life on the road can be built at any pace, even after years spent living by the clock.
Their current adventure follows the Pan-American Highway, taking them from the far reaches of Canada's Arctic down through the United States, Mexico, and into Central America, with Brazil on the horizon. Along the way, they share the realities of life on the road, from vehicle breakdowns and border crossings with pets to the unexpected kindness of strangers, all while encouraging others to slow down, stay curious, and embrace the places the world tells you to skip.
