One day, he stumbled across an old copy of Ram Dass‘s Be Here Now. Following that discovery he went on to meet Ram Dass, receive the name Hanuman Dass, and start GoDharmic; grown from the instructions of Neem Karoli Baba - to feed people.

Ultimately, Hanuman operates from a basis of Love, evidenced by his own words in this conversation and encouragement to give money to ANY charity, not specifically GoDharmic, as an act of service.

The journey from selfishness to selflessness is not one that is tied to any one religion or spiritual tradition, but is recognised and practiced by all of them. In this conversation, we spoke about all this and more; including how HD manages stress, the importance of family on his path, and meeting Ram Dass in Maui.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with HD and thank Ram Dass, Raghu Markus, Rita, and Jaymee Carpenter, amongst others for their roles in this happening.
","author_name":"John O"}
