Rafal Kowalczyk joins Laurence for this episode of Dad Dialogue. Based in the US now, Rafal is originally from Poland and is a dad to one daughter. In the episode we discuss what it’s like entering fatherhood a little later than others, as well as the intentionality needed to support an only child in developing and managing friendships.
Another topic of discussion was how balancing work with device use boundaries for his daughter. This is something many recent guests have mentioned so I am sure many of you may be struggling also. How do we teach our kids healthy device use when we frequently need to be using ours frequently for our work?
