Marian Carey's career at Pres spans over nearly three decades encompassing an array fo roles from PE teacher, to rugby coach, TY coordinator and eventually Deputy Principal. The latter move marked a significant change in Pres as she became the first female to take on a senior management role in the once male dominated school. As rugby coach Marian has had the pleasure of seeing the raw rugby talent of many players who graced the pitch and she reflects fondly on those who made it to the big teams thereafter. It's a heartfelt conversation and she chats about the characters she worked with and the changing culture of the school.
