Cut the sweet potato horizontally into slices. You don’t want your slices to be too thick, just a few millimeters will suffice. Toss with the olive oil and seasonings until well coated. Air fry for 14 minutes at 350º F. Eat them right away, or let them cool and pack them in a baggie or tupperware for later!
