Allow to cool slightly.&nbsp;Lightly use hands to wring them out.</p><p>Put the leaves in the food processor, with a handful of walnuts, 30g grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbs olive oil, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1/3 cup water, juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on wholemeal (!!) spaghetti topped with extra grated cheese. </p>","author_name":"Yumi Stynes"}
