I talk about the shift from chasing to attracting and what it really means to be in energetic alignment. I describe how trust, confidence, and surrender create a completely different experience, one where things begin to flow rather than feel forced. I also share one of my favourite affirmations and how embodying the version of yourself who already has what you desire is the key to manifesting with ease.
I introduce the idea of inspired action and how it differs from forcing outcomes, explaining how those intuitive nudges are often the Universe guiding you forward. I also reflect on timelines and how letting go of pressure around when something should happen can remove resistance and allow things to unfold naturally.
