It has&nbsp;heralded much hope for a better future,&nbsp;alongside deep confusion as to what such a&nbsp;future can and should hold.&nbsp;However, the discussion&nbsp;ended up reflecting the absence of trust, empathy, or understanding on both sides.</p><p>This is an important and passionate episode that highlights the significant challenges in even establishing a common starting point for dialogue, let alone negotiation. From history to reality and from humanity to sympathy, there is a long way to go in creating the conditions for negotiation between Israelis and Palestinians.</p><p>This episode was recorded on 16 October 2025</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Chapters</strong></p><ul><li>Diverging perspectives on the ceasefire</li><li>Is any path forward?</li><li>Building trust over traumas</li></ul><p><strong>Follow</strong></p><ul><li>Tahani Mustafa&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/tahani-mustafa/?originalSubdomain=uk\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LinkedIn</a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https://ecfr.eu/profile/tahani-mustafa/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">European Council on Foreign Relations</a></li><li>Miriam Rosman&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/miriam-rosman-99308214/?originalSubdomain=il\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LinkedIn</a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.forumdvorah.org.il/en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Dvorah Forum</a></li><li>Instagram&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/women_leaders_podcast/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">@women_leaders_podcast</a></li><li>Watch this episode on our&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiAEHRwzx19sgFbvKxjVQQQ\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube channel</a></li><li>Our partner European Leadership Network&nbsp;<a href=\"https://twitter.com/@theELN\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter</a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/european-leadership-network-for-multilateral-nuclear-disarmament-and-non-proliferation\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LinkedIn</a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/europeanleadershipnetwork\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook,</a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.europeanleadershipnetwork.org/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">website</a></li><li><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/ilana-bet-el-5a5bb78?originalSubdomain=be\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Ilana Bet-El</a></li></ul><p><strong>Credits</strong></p><ul><li>Production:&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/florence-ferrando-8ab809a7/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Florence Ferrando</a></li><li>Music: Let Good Times Roll, RA from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!):&nbsp;<a href=\"https://uppbeat.io/t/ra/let-good-times-roll\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">https://uppbeat.io/t/ra/let-good-times-roll</a>License code: ZXIIIJUU2ISPZIJT</li></ul>","author_name":"Women Leaders - European Leadership Network"}
