After playing professional rugby from 12-18, he entered the business world at 18, driven by a need to prove myself. By 22, he owned 3 gyms but was burnt out, neglecting my own mental health and inner growth.
Despite outward success, he felt unfulfilled, chasing the wrong goals and struggling to find answers. After investing in personal development, he created the Inspired Life Method, combining business skills with personal growth strategies that transformed everything.
