Her mother, Conchita Timbang, accompanied her.</p><p><br></p><p>At 3:10 AM, an assassin managed to reach Chatty’s hospital bed.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Upon spotting his target, the killer pulled out his gun and fired several close-range shots, killing Chatty instantly.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Conchita, who had been sleeping beside her daughter, was struck by a stray bullet that hit her right thigh.</p><p><br></p><p>The assassin escaped but encountered obstacles along the way.
