Brett and Brad discuss the Artemis II splashdown, the new exhibits at the Cleveland Museum of Art (primarily Manet & Morisot, but Martin Puryear's exhibit is also very good!), and complain(?) a bit about Tax Day and RITA. After the break, we discuss a court case (Hobby Distillers Association v. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau) on the road the make distilling liquor at home legal and the reasons it's making waves. We end with the beginning of a new series where we will visit the origin of the US Constitutions Amendments, starting this week with the ever popular 11th Amendment.
