Today on the podcast I am joined by another fellow podcaster, Emmet Casey, the founder and host of the From The Depths podcast!

Emmet had me on his own show as a guest two years ago, so now it's his turn - and we had plenty to cover in this episode!

Firstly, we will be talking about Emmet's involvement in this years MONK FEST, an incredible two days of Extreme and Experimental music, put on from the mind of Rog from Cursed Monk Records. Not only does this two days of music boast some of the best Metal acts this country has to offer on their lineup, the Fest is completely in aid of Temple Street Children's Hospital.

We will be then be talking about the long awaited return of the From The Depths podcast as it has been on hiatus this past while. Emmet will be detailing all the plans he has for the show, which include big expansions on the format and further expanding on his already wonderful show.

Been a huge fan of Emmet's podcast, he consistently puts out incredibly well researched episodes, asking brilliant questions and overall just a brilliant host. Was a huge pleasure having him on this podcast.
