Our man on the northern beat, Ian Street, made the trip to Salford so you didn't have to... As well as reporting on a point gained (or two lost?) at the Peninsula Stadium, he also took in a community-run pub, bumped into a few friends of the pod (yer Diesels, yer Ollies) and chatted with some Carl Zeiss Jena fans. A classic of the genre!
