Dr. Ivory Toldson interviews Dr. Tonya Peeples, Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion and professor of chemical engineering at Pennsylvania State University, co-leader NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance. She leads the institutional change work of the multi-initiative Aspire Alliance, focused on improving representation in STEM faculty, advancing inclusive practices, and creating opportunities for underrepresented faculty. The Alliance also works with graduate students aspiring to be faculty.
