A contemplation question for you, as we enter the quiet, introspective winter season: Are you using band-aids in your healing (quick fixes, shortcuts, bypassing)? Or are you truly facing the shadow and looking inward to see what lies underneath the pain and the triggers?
In this episode, I offer a short contemplation on what it takes to truly do the work. Showing up for yourself (and bringing all of your parts with you) creates immense joy and freedom - will you join me, in wearing your wounds proudly and allowing the light to see them?
