Nigel's guest today is Matt Cain. Matt is a shining light in the LGBTQ+ world and has been for many years. His impressive CV has included being Channel 4 News’ first ever Culture Editor and Editor-in-Chief of the UK’s biggest selling magazine for gay men, Attitude. He is an ambassador for many queer charities and was awarded an MBE for services to LGBTQ+ culture in 2025. As an author he has penned many novels, his latest being The Castle Of Stories published through independent publishers, Pansy, a company Matt has set up with his husband specialising in queer books by queer authors for all readers.
