He is deeply involved in studying the mental aspects of elite performance.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>One of his key contributions is his master's thesis, the main focus of which is on self-regulating emotions and the effects of pressure, testing the tenets of MuSt Theory (MultiStates Theory).
