Does that mean I’m an expert? Far from it.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>You can always expect conflict but it’s how you handle it; what you say, the way you say it, the emotional safety, confidence in your ability to trust yourself, boundaries, grace. The list goes on.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Since I recently had a few situations myself with difficult conversations and wishing I had spoken up sooner, it felt right to share.
