We start the episode discussing a recent essay in The Cut by actor, model and author Emily Ratajkowski where she explores her post-baby/post-divorce sex life. Is her tale of degradation, millennial men and going from dimly lit bar to baby bedtime aspirational or just plain un-relatable?
Then we move on to the pressure to subscribe to a particular mum-aesthetic- butter moms, analogue moms, tuscan moms, gentle moms... the list goes on and only gets more exhausting. Is this slop or a way for women to retain identity after giving birth?
And finally- could ChatGPT actually be an effective coparent? Female business-owners and AI companies are banking on it, investing big in AI technology that helps mums keep on top of the mental load of parenting. We take a closer and more critical look.
