Her work and passion are dedicated to helping women not just survive but truly thrive — in both body and mind. Lucy is also a Matrescence coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher, and a mother herself.</p><p>With a background in dance, Lucy has been a personal trainer for 17 years, a postnatal exercise specialist for 13 years, and a yoga teacher for 12 years. She became a Mama Rising Facilitator in 2022 and a Matrescence coach in 2023.
