On Friday 25th April it was National PARENTAL ALIENATION AWARENESS DAY. 


I had the distinct honour of being part of the PAPA - People Against Parental Alienation’s landmark day. Where they lit up the SPINNAKER TOWER in PORTSMOUTH to highlight this issue. 


Today we’re talking about PARENTAL ALIENATION as it doesn’t get enough attention!!


I got to sit down and listen to several people’s heart breaking stories about how Parental Alienation is effecting their lives, day to day coping, and their mental health. 


In this video we explore the lifelong damage and impact it has on children and adults. 


How we can raise awareness and crucially bring about change. 


What Parental Alienation looks like. 


PA is a very subtle and destructive form of child abuse. Which is sadly and unbelievably still not recognised as a criminal offence in the UK. 


Thank you to everybody that came and spoke to me. Sorry I didn’t get to all of you. There were so many. 


This is an emotionally hard listen and watch. So I make no apologies for this. As this is something that really needs brining to the media’s attention
