She is also the founder of ADHDEd, a platform focused on helping clinicians and patients better understand the assessment and treatment of ADHD.</p><p><br></p><p>We explore why ADHD can be missed for years, particularly in women, what happens in the brain, the connection between ADHD and emotional regulation, eating behaviours and sleep, and what changing hormones can mean for symptoms.
