He has to get permission from members of the Commonwealth. I think it's very unlikely that that case will happen. So it seems to be a slight distraction.\"</p><p><br></p><p>Lownie continued \"I think the focus should be on the police now bringing charges against him for sex trafficking and for misconduct in public office. It's very clear that he has committed this crime, I think. They're investigating Mandelson, so why not Andrew?\"</p><p><br></p><p>“This is a huge cover-up and it’s only going to get bigger.”</p><p><br></p><p>“Both the King and the late Queen have big questions to answer.”</p><p><br></p><p>Mountbatten-Windsor is currently eighth in line to the throne.</p><p><br></p><p>In October 2025 the government said there were no plans to formally remove Andrew from the line of succession, despite losing royal titles.</p><p><br></p><p>Andrew-Mountbatten Windsor has strongly denied any wrongdoing in his association with Jeffrey Epstein.</p>","author_name":"TalkTV"}
