It's the story of Joesph Givens, who returns to his hometown after getting his life together and sobering up over the last 5 years. But Joe's past also returns to catch up to him. After 5 random killings rocked the town 5 years ago, now that Joe's back, the killing starts up again. And the killer is wearing a creepy pumpkin mask.
