But if that starts to cross the line into exercise anxiety or is pre-occupying your thoughts so much that you can't get into action, then you need some strategies!  </p><p><br></p><p>Josh and Jordan cover 3 main areas that beginning exercises and even advanced athletes have to deal with: </p><p>1. Location: This includes self-consciousness (what do others think about me), unfamiliarity with a new space, being confounded by what others are doing (hint, it's not always great training that you'll see out in the wild). </p><p>2. Exercise itself: this includes feeling clumsy, discomfort avoidance, and fear of injury.  </p><p>3. Worry about the process.  Can I actually change?
