Even though I have heard and know about the power of thoughts in that they affect our behaviour, my reading helped me think of thoughts as tangible things. After reading about what Reyo calls &apos;thoughtforms&apos;, I think of thoughts as clouds or smoke that is attached to our aura or being. This way of thinking about thoughts made me realise that my thoughts are my environment and that they are not as hidden as I thought.<br/><br/>Lindy shares what she has been learning about how to communicate with your body.  She shares a technique to release blocked energy. By imagining your body as a cabinet, you can use breathe to open &apos;locked&apos; drawers. This can help to release blocked energy.<br/><br/>Lindy also shares the importance of using your mind when practising energy healing.  She also talks about how we can find words, symbols and movements that have personal meanings. These can be tools to help us release or change energy to achieve flow.<br/><br/>Thoughts, words, movement. We&apos;re loving learning about being more conscious of our body, mind and spirit to aid our healing and our journey through life.<br/><br/>Thank you everyone.
