I’m reading Inner alchemy by Zulmo Reyo and Lindy is reading The Language your body speaks by Ellen Meredith.

However, this week I attempted a meditation on the seven rays of creation. The seven rays are seven energies that are described as the ‘building blocks of the universe.’ A different colour represents each ray and each ray has unique qualities. For example, the first ray is blue and represents the will of God so it can manifest positively as good leadership and active energy.

Lindy gave feedback on the use of sound and movement. She speaks about how we heighten the effect of practises once we know their power. She reminds us about a lovely meditation called ‘the cabinet of wonders’ that helps you move energy that might be blocked in your body.

Rays. Colours. Cabinets. Here’s another one guys. Thank you for joining the conversation.

We are here:

Email: whatweeventalkinbout@gmail.com

Instagram: @whatweeventalkinbout
","author_name":"whatweeventalkinbout"}
