Through some verbal processing, I wrestle with feelings of guilt and inadequacy.</p><p><br></p><p>This week, I simply wish to reassure my beloved listeners that every emotion, whether rooted in chemical imbalances or circumstantial hardships, is valid and worthy of acknowledgment.
