I am being forced to grapple with the contradictions between external affirmations of my value in the lives of those around me and my internalized belief of unworthiness. </p><p><br></p><p>I am inviting my listeners to reflect on their own deeply held beliefs and their impact on perception and behavior! I am encouraging y'all to challenge your own self-limiting beliefs and embrace the inherent worthiness of your existence.
